To Start

Goat’s cheese beignet on an apple and walnut salad with roasted plums in crabapple jelly

Tea smoked goose breast served on quince relish finished  with a port and redcurrant glaze

Mini fish bouride served with saffron rouille and gruyere cheese
(A Mediterranean fish hotpot with fillets of  fish and shellfish)

Calves liver and bacon terrine with a caramelized onion and prune tart

Home cured salmon topped with quails egg and keta caviar


Main Course

Pan fried escalope of turkey breast on a confit of  the leg, turkey jus and cranberry sauce

Rump of lamb on a leek risotto and roasted cherry tomato sauce 

Slow roasted belly of pork with a cheddar and onion stuffing  and a minted pea puree   

Char grilled English rib steak with a haggis fritter topped with a whiskey and black pepper butter

Roasted venison with a chestnut and oatmeal cobbler

Wild mushroom and welsh rarebit lasagne on a tomato butter sauce  
 
Kinghams fresh fish of the day

Baby roast potatoes and selection of buttered vegetables

Trio of crème brulee ( vanilla, raspberry, lemon )

Medley of pineapple:
pineapple and black pepper tarte tartin, pineapple Eton mess, pineapple and Malibu sorbet

Blackcurrant, apple and walnut crumble with caramelized apples, served with vanilla ice cream

 Hot almond macaroon on a chocolate ganache torte,
crème fraiche and a light milk chocolate sorbet

English cheese board, with grapes apples and biscuits

Cafetiere coffee and Kinghams almond crusted mince pies
